In order to access the Agent Control Center you will need to know the URL, and credentials to an account. These details should be provided to you by an administrator.
If you do not have an account, please contact your administrator as it is not possible create an account yourself.
If you are an administrator, use the URL, username, and password you specified during configuration to login to the Agent Control Center. Check Installation & Quick Start for more information.
ACC Web Portal
You can access the Agent Control Center via the ACC Web Portal by typing the URL given to you by your administrator. You can use any of the latest web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Then, enter your username and password and press the Login button.
ACC provides a feature for its users to Login via Microsoft and Google accounts too. To login with Microsoft and Google accounts, USER names should be created with the respective email accounts. During the creation of the user account with Microsoft and Google accounts password is not required.
However while logging in with these accounts only then password associated with the email accounts can be used.
Click on the "Sign in with Google" button if you are trying to login via Google account, "Sign in with Microsoft" if you are using Microsoft account to login.
Please be informed that to use the Microsoft account to login, users need to authenticate the account with Azure Active Directory permissions.
After you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected to a dashboard. There will be a menu at the top which gives you access to all the functions the ACC has to offer.
To login into the ACC from Sequentum Enterprise, click the cloud icon at the right top corner of Sequentum Enterprise window. Then, you will see the context menu with the 'Login' command.
Click the 'Login' command from the context menu and you should see a Cloud Login pop-up window. Enter the URL, username, and password given you by your administrator. Then, press the Login button.
Sequentum Enterprise allows the users to Login using 3 Authentication Methods namely ACC Login, Microsoft Login and Google Login.
After you have successfully login, press the cloud icon again and you should see the context menu which gives you access to all the functions the ACC has to offer.
