Upgrading Content Grabber Agents to Sequentum Enterprise

When you upgrade your license from Content Grabber Premium Edition or Content Grabber Professional Edition to Sequentum Enterprise, you will need to upgrade your agents as well in order to fully utilize the additional benefits of the Enterprise license for the agent to work properly. In order to do bulk upgrades to all your agents built-in Premium or Professional edition, follow the steps below:

1. Open Sequentum Enterprise and navigate to Tools menu.

2. Click on the Upgrade Agents tools menu and follow the instructions to upgrade your agents from your desired folder location.

3. Please note that you will need to select the parent folder only under which you have your agents placed.

4. Upon successful upgrade, it will show you the Success message with the count of the agents upgraded as shown below
